This LEADER cooperation project aims to position the East Bavaria region as a credible sustainable holiday destination, enhance regional value creation, and support businesses on their path toward sustainability. Activities include strategic analysis, practical toolkits, coach training, excursions, networking workshops, and a final sustainability congress. ITS will provide guidance and training tools to support sustainable culinary and gastronomy transformation in the destinations.
