Within the project Crisis Management and Governance in Tourism, Prof. Dr. Dagmar Lund-Durlacher provided expert advisory services to Visit Kristinestad, Visit Finland / Business Finland and the City of Helsinki. Her work included online guidance, an in-person workshop, risk assessment, SWOT analysis, identification of resilience measures and support for the development of concrete action plans with timelines, milestones and KPIs. The project generated action plans, factsheets, recommendations, best practices and eLearning materials to support crisis management and governance across European tourism destinations.
